The LG-Nortel IP Phone 8800 Series support the addition of expansion modules that boost the capabilities and call coverage of your phone. The feature expansion port on the 8830 and 8840 provides a high speed data/audio/control interface so that advanced features can be added in the future; users can add a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module to this port allowing them to receive and end calls anywhere in the office (8830/8840). The other expansion module (the innovative DSS/BLF) adds 12 flexible buttons with 3 color LED, and is supported on the 8820/8830/8840.
